Shipping

1. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition and. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

2. If you want returns or exchanges order package, we do not cover the shipping cost. So you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

3. All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee. It is Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 7 days, please contact us with your Order No and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items and place a new order for the style you prefer.

5. We will email the shipping address to you after you get our feedback here. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address.

6. We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.

7. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellation: Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12 hours after orders placed, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point.

Return

The products sold on this site are best quality herveleger sale on the market. We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. However, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority. We will then provide instruction on where to return your shippment. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order to the refund/replacement to be issued. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the transaction fee and labor costs, so the refund will minus the shipping fee and 8% handling fee.  We will make refund to the card or account you paid with, it may take 7 business days to process after we receive the returned goods. Please kindly include the following information when you contact us. This will expedite the processing of your return.

●Your order number, your full name, and the date the order was placed and received

●A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded

 ●The reason for the return of the products

1, If you wish to cancel your order: you can notify us by email hervelegersite@gmail.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or here goods have already been dispatched to you, You can return goods you have ordered within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, please notifying us by email: hervelegersite@gmail.com

2, We provide replacement or refund, but Return request must be no later than 3 business days from the day you received it.(When you received goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. With a long time, we cannot verify defective if the item is we provided, or broken by customer. So it is difficult to adjudge who charge liability.) Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, But the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

3,The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following conditions: - in the event that the product has been used, the products is broken by yourself.
